  • Responsible for on boarding process for new recruits and MIS tracker.
  • Responsible for making Job Descriptions and updating the same according to the need of business via job analysis.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management, understanding the needs of hiring manager and providing the right candidate within TAT.
  • Responsible for other HR activities like providing assistance in training, conducting employee engagement activities company wide.
  • Identifying the needs of trainings and conducting the trainers.
